Hello. My email is through Sky Yahoo and whilst my email address is as recorded but
unfortunately anyone receiving an email will see its come from AOL and not my address.
AOL is an international business. I am not. I need the AOL removing from my address on emails because people receiving messages from me see it as AOL and promptly delete them. It needs sorting please. Please advise what can be done. Thank you.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf your email is through Yahoo then it isn't a Sky issue so you will need to login to your online Yahoo email account and make the sending address shown in the sending one is correct.

You can check that at Settings - More settings - Mailboxes, and select your Sky mailbox.
If it has changed, your account has likely been compromised so change your password.
