I HAVE JUST CHANGED MY BROADBAND AND LANDLINE TO SKY FROM BT. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO ABOUT MY EMAILS.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Dextermilward I don't know whether BT allow you to keep your email address when you cancel - you'd need to check with them, as @GD1 posted. They might if you pay a monthly fee.
Sky don't provide new email addresses so if you can't keep your BT address you'll need to sign up with a third party provider like Gmail or Hotmail - both free.

A quick Google suggests that you can keep your BT email account but have a basic service or pay £7.50 a month from a premium service.
