Email account access stopped working. Managed to reset password but now every time I try to login it says it has sent a verification to my email address I am trying access. Obviously this means I am unable to access this verification code to complete restore my access.
Is this because I have the recovery email for this account set as my own address rather than an alternative? If so how can I ichange it or indeed restore access to me my email?
When I select try an altrnative method to login or recieve verification it says unable to at this time.
Has anyone else had a similar problem and managed to resolve it?

Can you log in here: https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details if so you can update your address and also set a security question as a alternative recovery method.
