Got locked out of my Yahoo sky.com email account. Have tried to reset password etc that many times over last couple of days it now I am completely locked out for breach of terms and conditions.
Called Sky and they said unable to help, need to contact Yahoo.
Have called premium Yahoo helpdesk and thay say they have no record of my account.
How can this be? I need to regain access to this email account, can anybody offer any advice about what to do next?

Its a sky.com email address. It redirects me to Yahoo login. I enter my email address then go through the I'm not a Robot stuff. Enter password and it says sent a verification to my sky.com email address (the one I'm trying to login to).
Am now in breach and completely locked out.
What worries me is the fact Sky said I need to contact Yahoo and Yahoo say they have no record of my email account.
There's a lot of important stuff in that account so would appreciate any help

That was poor advice on Sky's part, it's definately their problem to solve. It's just very hard to get an agent who knows what to do.
