I've had another email today saying that my sky email is closing in 14 days time as it hasn't been used (last email received 17/12). I have logged into the email account via sky following the last email, so not sure what else I can do? I have called them today & they have said ignore it as it might be a scam, but I really don't want to risk my account being closed? Any ideas? Thanks

As for the possibility of it being a scam, does the email address you by name?

The email isn't spam. It is from the email address that all official sky emails come from. It is addressed to my full name.
I called CS earlier and they confirmed it has been sent to a number of people in error.
I'm concerned that the error will not be resolved by the 24th Jan and my account will be deleted !

Hi, i received the same email. I do usually just use the app for emails but have been logging in via the sky link as other threads have advised since. Im hoping its sorted it as its my main email too. Was yours ok after?
