I use two email addresses with my Sky account. One is the normal sky.com address, the other is a business address linked to my website. For a while now ALL my forwarded emails have stopped getting through to my address (They do not bounce, just disappear), and now anything that mentions that address is often bounced back - Amazon has been complaining that messages have been bouncing for instance.
It's evident my business email is being treated as spam somewhere along the line by my Sky/Yahoo account, but just by my Sky account. Nobody else I send emails to seems to have that problem.
I reached out to Yahoo, but they said, "We can't help contact Sky" but I don't know who to contact! I've been trying to find away to sort this for weeks. - Any clues?

I've managed to force a response from the server
Action: failed
Final-Recipient: rfc822; (Email Address removed)
Status: 5.0.0
Remote-MTA: dns; sxb1nlsmtpcp-v01.prod.sxb1.secureserver.net
Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 552 5.2.0 sRBNsxPR2QgFLsRBNsgVRu :CPANEL: Access to this mail system has been blocked for (Email Address removed) due to spam activity. Spam was seen coming from this account, and possibly other scripts running in it. Once the compromise has been cleaned, please contact customer support to remove the block.
I think it's seeing the address as spam as it gets all the mail from that address forwarded to it. But I'm not blocked anywhere else!
"Please contact customer support to remove the block." - But how?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreDo you have a copy of any of these bounced messages as the error message might give a clue as to why this is happening.

This is the full text from a blank test email sent directly from the business address. (Email addresses removed)

And by this it would be the supplier of this email address (the one the bounced email came from).

Sky's responsible for Sky Yahoo Mail. Yahoo won't help. You would just call the usual Sky customer service centre number - but in all honesty, I'd think it highly unlikely that you'll encounter any Sky adviser with the knowledge or inclination to help with this, I'm afraid.

My host says there is nothing wrong their end.

Exactly that! I was hoping there might be someone somewhere who would be directly contactable. I suppose I'll have to just try and escalate to someone who does understand it! There must be someone!
