Also my email account has been hacked and taken over so I assumed it was because of that

Yes that is the same as @JudeA , and if I go to the same URL I get a DNS error, but the system never generates that URL for me, so what is different for you two?

Could you try changing the URL by removing the my. so it reads https://sky.com/mysky/profilesettings/mydetails/ then refresh and see what happens.

Hi Thanks,

I've just tried that, it takes me through to the sign in and password screens  and sends an SMS code which all works but then just goes to a blank sky page with this URL. https://www.sky.com/myaccount/profilesettings/mydetails?authenticationStatus=ok

All I could do was go to the Yahoo mail in the drop down menu at the side and same DNS Failure result.

If you are getting a blank page can you try using a different web browser to see if it then loads or at the very least with the one you are using disable all add-ons and extensions that you are using.

I have followed the link and got to the blank page but in the top right corner is your profile icon I clicked on this it opens a menu scroll down to Yahoo mail and I can open it try it

Hi - I was using Safari, but just downloaded Google Chrome and tried it on that. Unfortunately same result

What device are you using, ipad, iphone, PC etc ?

Thanks for trying. It goes the same for me, but selecting Yahoo Mail from the drop down menu takes me to the my email.

I'm sure if we could get this info to the right people at Sky they could get it resolved, but getting the right support from Sky is never easy.

Currently using Macbook Air - but I have also tried it on my Mac mini pc and my iphone. Same reults

Yes - I can get the drop down menu from the top right hand side, but when I click on Yahoo Mail it just puts the DNS failure screen up

Have you tried a reboot of your broadband router so leave it unplugged for 10 minutes before powering it back up then trying again.
