Try clearing your browsers cache and cookies then close down the browser before loading it up and trying again. If this doesn't work try a different browser works to see if that works for you.

Whilist you can not setup a new Sky email address you can quite easily setup a new one at Gmail (Google) or Outlook.com (Microsoft) and use that and forward your saved emails to the new one.
