Good Morning
Anyone getting this message when signing in.Looks like another scam.I am using a desktop in this instance.Happened yesterday and today but does not stop me accessing anything.

When I log in to sky.com.
It does not affect me accessing email and spoke to sky who are not aware of this so they told me to reset my password which I have done and still happening so not really helpful.
It is not happening if I log in here

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreOdd. Haven't seen this before either. Is this an email message? Or a text message? Try clearing your browser cache, or try logging in to sky.com using your brower's incognito/privacy mode to see if that stops it.

I have already done all those things and makes no difference.Also happens on my tablet.Its more frustrating as does not impact me doing anything.It is happening when I initially sign into sky.com.Not email or text message

Same on my tablet.Its not something Sky are aware of but seems to just be specific to me.I will do some more exploring to see how I can get rid of it.Thankyou.

Well Sky know nothing about it and I sent them a photo so better safe then sorry.

Does it appear as an on screen pop-up, then? If not, how are you getting it? It does seem pointless as nothing apparently happens after the 'verification code' appears.

Just appears when I sign into Sky.Com and not community but as you say has no impact.
