Checks that there are no filters setup on your account that could be causing this, you can do this by logging in here:
https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/
Go to Settings > More Settings > Filters.
If there are remove them and logout and you might want to change your password which you can do here:
https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/
