It's a scam. 

By way of reassurance,  if you can log in via Sky's authorised page here, ypur account clearly isn't blocked: https://www.sky.com/signin/email

One clear way you can identify these emails as spam is how the email addresses you as these scam emails will say something like "Dear User" instead of using your actual name.
