I cant access my sky/yahoo

The phone allocated to Two step Verification is no longer available and I cant find a recovery code. Is the no way i can change the number

The only way to do this is to sign in with the recovery code so it can be tuned off then setup again with the new phone number. If you contact Sky they can turn it off for you but it will take up to 21 days to do.

No. You'll have to give Sky a call, I'm afraid. They do have a process for dealing with situations like this, but there will be a 21 day delay before it can be completed.
