I forgot memorable date to reset my password. What I need to do?

That kinda doesn't make any sense. You only need to know your memorable answer if you're trying to reset your password. You don't need it to log in.

You still haven't said why you are trying to reset your password, or have you forgotten what that is too?

What happens when you try to login here: https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email with your current password?
