Reply all

I have the option to reply to an e mail, but I seem to have lost the option to Reply All. Can anyone help please ?

Try clearing your browsers cache and cookies then close down the browser before loading it up and trying again. If this doesn't work try a different browser works to see if that works for you.

Assuming you are using a browser, do you mean you have lost the double arrow icon?

Thankyou for your replies. I'm confused. I don't have this display. Alongside an e mail I have 3 dots, which gives me an option to Reply , but not Reply all.  My screen does not have the double arrow in the header.

Sounds like you may be using a phone.

I also don't get "reply to all" using Outlook on a phone,

But I do using the Yahoo mail app.

I  am using a Samsung tablet. I have been able to Reply all in the past;  I'm sure when I clicked on the 3 dots it was an option. However, as I haven't used it for some time I'm now less sure. I have never used the double arrow on the top bar , which isn't there on my display,  to Reply All.

Guys, many thanks for your advice. Following it , and with perseverance  , I ve cleared some things and Reply all has reappeared. Once again , many thanks; it's really helpful to get advice through the community when a problem arises
