Remove 2 factor authentication

I am trying to access my emails after moving to a different country . It wants to send a 6 figure number by text which I can not access. Please help.

I can't contact them because it just states a number to call. Do you know if there is an email address for customer services?

There is no email address but they can be contacted via social media as there are a couple of links at the bottom of this page.
