Problems accessing emails

My wife can not access her emails, types in her email address and password. Two factor authentication number  is sent to my mobile number and when she inputs the authentication number it opens my sky email account rather than her sky email.

I have contacted SKY numerous times and they have not resolved this leaving my wife with no access to her emails for a month.

Any ideas?

@Dazzle12

There has been a few reports of this happening so make sure you are signed out of your Sky account and here and clear your browsers cache and cookies then give it another go.

If this still happens then either you or your wife will have to use an alternative web browser when accessing your/her email account as it shouldn't happen when doing this.

The question I would ask, is why is the code being sent to your mobile number?

I would definitely avoid trying to use the same browser for multiple Sky addresses, but I would expect the codes to be sent to the correct mobile numbers.

I would suggest asking her to use a different browser, I suspect that will log her into her account.

If she is then connected to her account, we will need  find a way to update the mobile number for her.

Re: Problems accessing emails

My wife had a problem where the 2fa code was supposed to be being sent to her email address, she got round this by entering her email on the sign in screen, then when the password screen came up she tapped on the change username/email then typing in her same email address, then her password and the screen came up with code being sent to her mobile.  I know it's a different scenario with your wife but might be worth a go.
