I'm trying to access my old email account as I have had some important documents sent to it, the company won't resend them to my new email as the original email thread is on my sky.com address... is there anyway to see if I can access this account? I've tried logging in but it says the account is locked.
When did you last login to it because if it has been quite a while it might have been closed for good.
