Not recieving emails from employer

My employer is trying to send private email/information, but i am not recieving these. Iv been told i need to add them to my safe sender list but i dont know where to find this? Please help

This doesn't have anything to do with Sky TV or broadband. Who is your email provider? Do a Google search for safe sender list and your ISP name and you should find the answer.

@EEC1 if you're using the Yahoo Mail app or another app, try logging in via sky.vom hete: https://www.sky.com/signin/email

 

You may find the missing emails have gone to your online Spam folder. If so, mark them as not spam, to teach the mail system to route them to your Inbox in future.

I had the same issue where my email client isnt synchronising, however, web based email is working, I removed the client and attempted to re-add it using the application code.  Doing this said it couldn't add it as the server is not trusted.

I checked the certificate on the site and it appears to have been updated, sure enough it is not trusted.

 

I feel that others email if using clients will also be affected.

Edited my reply, as looking at other posts it does appear there is a problem with the certificate.

Wfat app/client are you trying to use, have you tried a different one?

you cannot use another certificate, the certificate is on the server side, not the client side, therefore ists a sky/yahoo issue not a client issue.

Sorry, I meant another client not another certificate.

However others are saying the problem has gone away, so is it now working for you?
