I am trying to add 2 email addresses to my Yahoo address. They need to be added to the Safe Senders list as currently get spamed or soft bounced back to originator.
I have gone into settings - it then need to go into 'more settings' then 'filters' - but this options doesn't come up. Only the first settings page.
Please is any one can help

Re: How do I add email address to my Safe senders list on Yahoo Mail
There is no "safe senders" list on Sky|Yahoo email. The best you can do is make sure thay are in your contacts list, and if any do end up in your spam folder, then mark them as "not spam" and the system should learn.
The question to be asked, is why it is these email addresses are triggering the spam filter?

Unfortunately Yahoo have a bad reputation for being abused by spammers, not sure it's still deserved, but spam filters have long memories.

Do you not have another email address you can use to your employer, if not why not set up a Gmail address and use that instead ?

I may have understood.
Is it your address that is being rejected as spam, by your employer?
Or are they addresses that are ending up in your spam folder on Sky|Yahoo?

That is what I thought. As per my first reply, there is no safe sender list, but having your employers address as a contact may help. All you can do is mark any emails that end up in spam as "not spam" and hope the spam filter learns from that.
If this is happening to a few different people, it suggests the employers system is not configured correctly. not your email. Are the people it happens to all using Sky/Yahoo or are they on other email providers?
You could try getting yourself a different email address at somewhere like Google (Gmail) or Microsoft (Outlook, com) but I don't think the problem is at your end.
