For some reason both myself and my mother have Samsung phones. We use the Samsung email app to access our emails. However, we are not receiving emails from a relative with a 'live.co.uk' address?? Can you help?!

No. They are not being received at all. Yet my husband has received the emails with a Hotmail account.

It's strange that I'm not receiving the emails on my sky/yahoo account? Any ideas why?

It appears that there is an issue with sky email. There are lots of people complaining that they aren't receiving mail today 😕

Is anybody from Sky going to comment on this? i had the same problem with an e-mail that was originally sent on friday, and it bounced, it was re sent on saturday morning and bounced again. finally it arrived in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
Was there a system error with mails over the weekend? or was it just from certain areas?

Ours arrived hours after they were sent and the following day! So how many more aren't being received??

It's not just "live" accounts, it appears it can happen from all Microsoft domains.
