Discussion topic: Can't remember my Sky email password

I can not access my Sky Yahoo email's as I can't remember the password. If I re-set it it wants to sent me a link to my email (which is pointless as I can't access it) and I can't remember the memorable date - any ideas?

All you can do is call. If you haven't logged in for a while, (6 months or more) your email account may have been deactivated.

Do you not have a recovery email addesss setup on your Sky account because if so that is where the reset email would be sent to.

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

https://www.sky.com/help/home
