Not receiving any emails, spoke to sky, they said they would look in to it.

But receiving emails. Been cut off twice by sky. Finally spoke to someone who said they will log it and someone would call back, still waiting

Are you logging to Sky Yahoo Mail using your browser via sky.com? Or are you using an app, and if so, which one?

Login to your online account:

 

https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/


Go to Settings > More Settings > Filters and remove anything that you did not setup.

 

Then go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Reply-to address

 

And again remove anything here that you did not setup.

 

If you have had to change either of the settings above then logout and change your password:

Having the same problem. I can login on phone but not on my emails on my iphone . Havent changed any settings

It sounds like a different problem. You can't log in (on your iphone) rather than not receiving emails.

I'm not receiving emails at all. Was told by Sky to buy a new iPad which I didn and still doesn't work- I can't receive emails anywhere.

Both. We've tried logging in on iphones and laptop and ipad via ios

I think we've sorted. Seems like our out going mail was directing to someone else so in the process of changing our passwords. Thanks all!
