Not getting emails fromone company. They are being sent

I am no longer getting my emails from one particular company. They are being sent and was fine until this weekend

Do you have any fiters setup that could be stopping them ending up in your inbox ?

Have you checked in your trash/junk/bin folders for these emails ?

I am having the same problem.  I have been through all the checks with someone from Sky and they said I need to speak to someone who looks after the servers at the back end as email is still maintained by Sky and not Yahoo.  I have been told by someone on the phone from Sky that this is not correct and I cannot speak to anyone.  I have followed all the steps with someone else from Sky who said this is the only option.  Going around in circles.  I'm advised it is the spam filters at server level that are the problem but I cannot get to talk to someone.

As you are finding out you will get nowhere fast sorting this out as it could very well by Yahoo filters doing this but talking to them about a Sky.com email address is nigh on impossible so the best thing you can do is to use an alternative email address.

It's a nightmare.  Some Sky staff have been really helpful but this afternoon I have spoken to someone who was unbelievably rude and I ended the call as a result.  Yahoo simply won't help but I am told by the Sky team members who have been courteous enough to help me that the problem lies with Sky email servers and not with Yahoo.

That's undoubtedly correct. From past experience, I'd guess that eventually this will sort itself out without any customer involvement. Sky's front line advisers appear to have a fairly simplistic understanding of Sky Yahoo Mail.

What's annoying is that I was given a number to call by someone at Sky that she said would connect me with those who look after the email servers but the number appears to be one digit short.  It is so frustrating.

There have been a few similar threads recently, and it is frequently a configuration problem at a hosting service used by the sender.

Who are these emails from, and have you spoken to them to see if they are aware of other prople reporting the same problem?

They are coming from my child's school.  Been receiving them for years and now I am not.  They have checked and all they can say is that they are being bounced back by the Sky/Yahoo server.  The email addresses are added to my contacts to ensure they don't end up in spam/junk.

Can they give you the "bounce" message, that may help understand just why they are being rejected?
