Hi
I was logged out of the yahoo app yesterday and I'm not able to sign back in on the app or the sky page
it keeps saying account error or the sky page ?

resetting password wont work either - i cant get through to sky anyone got a specigic number to call

There's no particular number - just call the usual customer services number.

I have this problem more than a week now. Keep going in circles with trying to reset security q and reset password. Alternative method keeps sending 6 digit codes to the sky.com email I cannot get access to. In the end I filled out an online complaint form which I'm waiting for a reply from sky. The phone calls are a waste of money becuse you get directed to yahoo which are unreachable. Sky and Yahoo need to get together and fix this authentication problem for all of us that are locked out. The was a nice lady called swati on the IDM team for sky help desk who tried her best to help. It's finding the right person who knows the email system inside out that you need. Best of luck - please let me know if you get a solution.

You're absolutely right, unfortunately.
It's not a Yahoo issue and they won't be able to help, so it's pointless trying to speak to them about it.

That is why it is worth not mentioning that this is an email issue but rather a Sky ID one.
