I have recently had my email hacked and have tried to change my password but the two step verification mobile number has been changed to theirs as the 3 last digits are none of the mobile numbers in my household.
The 6 digit code is now being sent to their mobile.
Any help would be massively appreciated!

If you didn't then I'm not sure there is anyway you can get the account back, you could try Sky support but even that could be a long shot.

They do have a specialist team for handling scenarios such as this, but you can't contact them direct, I'm afraid, and it appears that many of the front line advisers don't know of their existence. You may have to persevere.

If you don't have the Recovery code the only way to regain access is to call.
