New password but have no access to Email
So my email said it needed me to sign in ,but I can not remember my password for sky email account.
so I asked to set up a new one but they want to send it to me on my sky email !!! Which I can't open.
my sone Max took over my goggle account so I can't use that to sign in .
asked to have it sent to my phone as a text but it never comes in .
i have very important emails I need access to
can you help?

If you're unable to reset your password here, you'll have to give Sky a call, I'm afraid: https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword
I assume you're unable to use the memorable information method of resetting.

You say you "asked to have it sent to my phone as a text " but that isn't one of the options to reset your password, so are you definately trying to do this in the correct place?

Yes, I wondered too - I took it to mean a password reset link which is sent to the default email address specified by the accountholder, which unfortunately in this case was a Sky Yahoo Mail address. For obvious reasons, I believe Sky latterly took steps to prevent accountholders specifying their Sky Yahoo Mail account.
