All my emails don't download content as network setting prevents content from loading privately. How do I over come this.

I have just installed sky Broadband and use the email setting for mail on iPhone 11 Every time I receive mail is states at the top.
Your network settings prevent content from loading privately.
Load content.

on just moved to sky and fed up of this.
no problems with BT or plus net.

Do you get the message when on moble network, or just on WiFi?

Given that this has been happening only since you switched to Sky Broadband, I'm wondering if it's a Sky Broadband Shield setting causing it, depending on what you're downloading.
@jayach 's question above might help narrow it down.

I get messages when I'm out on network and on other wifi just not when I'm at home with sky. All email addresses are nothing to do with sky.

I've just recently started having this exact issue, and had shield turned off for another reason.
did you eventually resolve the problem?
if so can you advise how please @Spankmonkey.

Exact same problem here after getting sky broadband. Disabled the shield and still can't load email content and despite fast speed there seems to be a delay on websites as if it's checking like through a vpn of sorts??

I have shield off but still have the issue.

No resolution for me.
still an issue on iPad but ok on phones.
im now wondering if it happened due to an update?
