I'm getting a locked out message and a sky phone number,when I rang it they couldn't unlock my account,I've used the right login and password but even after the 2 step verification it goes straight to this phone number and my account is locked again,any suggestions to help me access my emails,it's a sky.com email account

Find out moreIf you are seeing an account locked problem message you will need to keep calling as only Sky can unlock your account but the issue you have is that not all know how to do this so it can take a number of calls before you get to talk to someone who can do it.
When you do call back don't mention that your email account is locked just say your online Sky account is.
