Recieve mail on my smart watch and computer not tablet or other mobile phones

How do you access emails on your phone, do you use the app on it and where are you seeing this message ?

Hi did you get any resolve to this? I am having same issues. I see many threads on this issue but no resolve. I can access email via web but no matter what I try the app still displays "mailbox expired". Have tried deleting app,  account etc, all the normal "fixes" but nothing Will resolve. Can someone at sky help if they are on these feeds?

@ClaireB1408 Sky do monitor the forums, but they're unlikely to reply here. I suspect if you call they would suggest logging in via sky.com or trying a different app.

As suggested yesretday have you tried a different app like Outlook ?
