Nobody can intercept an email once you've sent it, I'm afraid.

 

Some email apps allow you to request the 'recall' of an email that has been sent, but it requires the consent of the recipient.

Via Sky it is not possible to recall an email once it has been sent. With some email providers you can do this but not via Sky.
