Yahoo keeps coming up with error on both my iPad and iPhone, then when it does work with this message has not been downloaded from the server

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThe only thing that might be worth try is that others have reported the issue was fixed by doing a software update so it might be worth checking both devices to see if you are up to date.

Tried software update which worked for one day. Next day still have the same problem and I can't access over 30 emails some of which are time sensitive.

Try logging in online here instead: https://www.sky.com/signin/email
Or install a different app to access your emails.

Ironically the reply is the only email to fully download immediately. As suggested I can access emails by using the website, thanks.

That might be your best option, until Apple sort out the Mail app.

Switch your modem off for a few seconds and then switch it back on ,that sorted it for me
