Missing Email Account

Hi, can anyone help please? My email address suddenly changed and now I'm unable to access my usual email address which I've had for years.

When I login I get access to a email account but the email address on this account is slightly different to my usual email address and all my old emails have gone.

It isn't possible to change the details like the actual spelling on the email address so I would presume that was your account.

 

Go to Settings > More Settings > Filters and remove anything that you did not setup.

 

Then go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Reply-to address

 

And again remove anything here that you did not setup.

 

Then logout and change your password:

That doesn't seem possible, so just how are you logging in?

Thanks for suggesting Settings. I've tried that but it is not displaying More Settings etc. I login at sky.com and from there access my email account.

This is via Sky.com so you don't see this (the settings icon is on the right) with more settings at the bottom:

What if you log in direct to the email, as suggested by @Mark39

Many thanks for trying to help!! It looks as though I will have to accept that I now have a new email address and start contacting everyone to let them know.

Yes I can't see how an existing email address could possibly change and Sky don't allow new email addresses.

There is no way you have a new @Sky.com address.

If you could just give us some information on what has happened, we may be able to assist.
