Hi, can anyone help please? My email address suddenly changed and now I'm unable to access my usual email address which I've had for years.

When I login I get access to a email account but the email address on this account is slightly different to my usual email address and all my old emails have gone.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIt isn't possible to change the details like the actual spelling on the email address so I would presume that was your account.
Go to Settings > More Settings > Filters and remove anything that you did not setup.
Then go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Reply-to address
And again remove anything here that you did not setup.
Then logout and change your password:

Thanks for suggesting Settings. I've tried that but it is not displaying More Settings etc. I login at sky.com and from there access my email account.

What if you log in direct to the email, as suggested by @Mark39

Many thanks for trying to help!! It looks as though I will have to accept that I now have a new email address and start contacting everyone to let them know.

Yes I can't see how an existing email address could possibly change and Sky don't allow new email addresses.

There is no way you have a new @Sky.com address.
