When I send an email to anyone from my user name @ sky.com and the recipient tries to reply to it, then their message goes to my user name but @yahoo .com and the sender then gets a mailer demon reply saying not delivered and I never get the intended reply Any help

You will need to check for changes that have been made to your Sky account. Look under Settings - More Settings and check for filters or anything else you didn't set up. Especially check your "Reply to" address.

Thanks but nowhere in the menus etc in my yahoo mail does it show any of the headings you show
I seem to have narrowed it down to needing to amend ghe "reply to " email address namely me at my sky.com address an even the knstructions I finally found in Yahoo help dopid not match any things like settuns yes fotbthatbfar butbyhen it showed, as you did, nextvstepmwas More Settings...alas not on anything I bring up. 🥵,

If you login to your Sky email and go to Settings - More settings you should see the same as me. (assuming you are doing it on a PC and not a mobie)
