I had hoped that my previous query would have resolved this ongoing problem by chance too.
But unfortunately I just happened again.
I use my Sky email via Outlook (Windows) on my laptop.
For months now, sometimes my sent messages get stuck in my outbox.
The annoying thing is that it is totally random. So one day could be fine: sent means sent. Another day nothing goes through unless I manually go into the outbox and push send again.
Equally, on another day, some messages sent as normal, others get stuck.
Even to the same person on the same day!! So some emails to one and the same email address go through, whilst others get stuck.
There is no ryhm or reason for it.
It gives problems because you trust that your message has been genuinely sent, and then it turns out that it hasn't.
Any advice gratefully received.

The problem in the other post has been resolved. I had hoped that it would have resolved this problem too, but that's unfortunately not the case.
