Mimecast blocking images attached to Sky emails

I received several straightforward scans and photo images attached to a Sky email from an academic institution. Mimecast blocked them. How can I get Mimecast to release them or who should I speak to at Sky about it?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

If they are being blocked by Mimecast then I would start there as this wouldn't be anything Sky can help you with.
