My golf sends emails from an application call IG (Inteligent Golf) I never see these emails. All other emails apppear to reach my account. I have checked the application and it is using the correct address. The IG application can 'see' I am not reading my email. Can I have a duplicate account with same address?

Not that isn't possible to have an duplicate email account.
Have you chcked your junk/trash/bin folders for these emails ?

Yes I have checked every possible file place for these emails. They are not in my account. If my club secretary sends the same mail via outlook I get it no problem.

If you mean via your Outlook email address then I think that is the soloution as they appear to being blocked somewhere and I'm afraid there will be no way around this.

If you mean that if they send it via outlook, rather than the IG application, you receive them to your Sky account, then the problem is likely to be with the IG application.
However, if you mean you receive them if they send them to your outlook address, then as @caesarome says that is what they will need to do.
