I have contacted sky and told them the verification code is not coming through to mobile. The have tried to change passwords but could not do this. The have also stated that the email is not theirs and that i need to contact Yahoo. Have contacted Yahoo and their message says you need to contact Sky. Sky cannot fix it and Yahoo says it is for sky to sort. How do i sort this? Should Sky be contacting Yahoo to sort this out?

Sky recommended you keep a separate of the Recovery Code when you set up two step login. If you did, you can use it to turn it off. If not, Sky have a team who can turn it off for you, but the process takes 21 days.
