Lost phone number two factor authentificsgion

I no longer have telephone number used for two-factor authentication. Nor do I have authentication code. Is there any way I can access my emails and reset authentication.

If you don't have the Recovery Code, Sky can turn off 2 step verification for you, if you give them a call.  It will take 21 days.

@Mark39 Bit late to the party mate, but wondering if you have any idea how to make contact with this specialist team in Sky.

There is no direct number to any specific team. 

To call Sky dial 150 (free) from a Sky Talk landline or a Sky mobile or alternatively use the following link
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ leading to a 0333 number.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ to see a dedicated ROI number.

The posting of full phone numbers isn’t permitted on the forum.

Calls to Sky will initially be automated which may try to send you here to the forum, offer you online help or offer to send you a text. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.

When you call Sky do not let them tell you that you need to go to Yahoo as they will not be able to help, insist you speak to someone at Sky.

@MrSpe1rs yes, I see you posted about this in May last year. There should by now be a better understanding among advisers about how to handle this. As @Daniel0210 posted, all the slecialist teams sit behind customer services so you'd have to speak to them first - ask to speak to the team who can turn off 2 step login for email.
