How to l get into my emails l need a recovery code in get in because change moblie numbers

When you setup two step authentication you were given a recovery code that you were asked to make a note of or to forward the email you were sent with it in to another email account so you can use this to sign in with to turn this off.

 

If you don't have access to this then you will have to contact Sky and ask then to deactivate this for you. Do note that there is a 21 day turn around on doing this so do not let the adviser wrongly tell you to go to Yahoo as they will not be able to help.

You will have to contact your email provider.

 

If you've changed mobile numbers and have not updated your provider then there's no workaround.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
