Lost mobile number

Hello,

I have a Sky UK email account, but I have recently moved to Germany.

Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the UK mobile phone number that is registered on my account, so I am unable to receive the verification code needed to sign in.

I still own the email account and can provide any information necessary to verify my identity, such as my full name, date of birth, previous UK address, or any other account details you require.

Could you please help me update my registered phone number or offer an alternative way to verify my identity so I can regain access to my account?

@Graefin your best option is to contact Sky directly. We're mainly customers here. and Sky won't know who you are from a forum post.

As you are now abroad it would probably be easier for you if you were to use something like Gmail as they do not use 2FA.

I have the same issue as Greafin. I moved to Denmark and no longer UK mobile no.

Is there an email to contact Sky or is it only possible by phone 03300 413 000 ?

I also have a @gmail, but I would like to keep my Skymail.
