My husband can't access his email account tried everything even phoned yahoo can anyone help please

If he's using an app or a client, chances are he needs to use a 16 character password in the Sky Yahoo setup, rather than his normal Sky password. You can find a link to generate an app password in Sky's help here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/problems-accessing-sky-mail-from-your-email-app
