Emails. I have not been able to get sky amails for 10 days the only person that has help is a salel

Receiving no one or out emails and trying to get past the receptionist is harder than climbing Mount Everest all I want is a skilled person to help me the lad from Newcastle in sales was the best at least he got some of it working my iPad but not my 3 month phone

Hi @Bobbyck  have you tried deleting the account/app and setting up again ? What email client are you using ?

All you should need to do is to generate a 16 digit password and use that instead of the usual password your phone uses, you can you can generate the 16 digit password here:
