Locked out of Sky e mail, how can i get back in.

I've been locked out of my Sky Yahoo e mail and can not get back in. I spent 90 minutes on the phone yesterday getting cut off twice and still couldn't get an answer.

How can I get access to my email?

I sympathise but unfortunately have no solution. My wife's Yahoo/Sky mail account has been locked and inaccessible for over a week. None of the Bot-led 'help' is of any use and there seems no way of actually talking to a human being, especially as we are in Spain at the moment and the Bots fail to recognise her U.K. mobile number calling from here. I think a nervous breakdown is on the cards and I have learnt many new words I never thought her capable of uttering.

I've been locked out for 6 days now, no matter what I try and do from the bot assistant still no luck.

If resetting your password did help and neither does this link:

Then you will need to call Sky and tell them your Sky account (not email) is locked and you need it unlocking and hope that you are talking to someone who knows the process to unlock it as not all do I'm afraid.

I have got my account back. I couldn't change my password as I kept getting this message

Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/securityquestion/skycom/7b7a3a27782f4944515a4b57525569337a4d66756..." on this server.

When I was on the phone to sky one of the agents sent me a link to my hotmail email account to change my password for my sky accountit didn't work the first time as I got the above message.

So I switched on Norton VPN and  followed the link again the link had timed out so I requested another and this was sent to hotmail so I used new link and managed to change password and then once that was done was able to access my email.

Give this a go and let me know the result.
