Locked addtional email account.

My son had his email set up as an additional user on my account.  He is unable to access emails as account locked due to not logging on for over 6 months.  He does not remember answer to security question and also does not have access to his other email address to reset.  

Any ideas how I can get it unlocked reset for him?

It could prove to be difficult as you do have to keep logging into an email account to keep it active so it might have been closed for good. It doesn't help that you can't answer the security question so pretty much all you can do is to call Sky and see if they have anyway that the can help him to get access back, if he can't he would need to setup a new one at somewhere like Gmail and use that instead.
