I upgraded sky tablet alk went ok until sky yahoo emails, cut me off straight away when i went to set it up in outlook i have tried everything even contacted microsoft. Today my actual sky email account is now blocked. 2 days of this i need some help

If not what error do you get?

Have you created an app specific password? This is usually required for some email clients.
