Loat phone and need to switch off two step verification as cant remember the code. Please help
unable to get sky mail on my work phone. My phone was lost and so recovery code being sent there is not helpful. Unable to remember the recovery code I set up. Can anyone please help. Thanks 😊

If you didn't keep a separate note of the Recovery Code as Sky recommended when you set up 2 step verification, you'll have to call, I'm afraid. Sky can turn it off for you but it may take 21 days.
