Hi is my email address being closed as i have been getting some emails saying that but i am unsure

Hi 

Is my email address being closed as I have received some emails saying that my email has been inactive and is closing but I don't recognise the email address.

Could this be a scammer

@jackson-paul7  If the email addresses you as Dear User, it's likely a scam.

 

If the email asks you to click a link, it's a scam.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Also when was the last time you logged into it via the Sky website, if you do this on a regular basis and this email isn't addressed to you by your name then it probably is a scam email especially if there is a link in it as that will not take you to your email account.
