Keep Email After Leaving Sky

Due to a change in financial circumstances, we are having to leave Sky. There are two emails connected to the account and both are used daily; we've recently had an email suggesting that the emails may be closed as we are no longer a customer.

 

Looking at previous discussions, it seems that as long as the email stays in use it wont be closed. However, I couldn't find any discussions from this year and the email has me concerned that we may lose access to emails which are connected to most accounts across various webistes.

 

Will we lose access to the emails as the email we received suggested, or will we be able to keep the email as suggested in previous discussions?

You'll be able to keep your email accounts, providing you log in from time to time via sky.com (at other times you can also use an email app if you wish)

Can you post the contents of that email where it says this because usually as @Mark39 has stated soon long as you login to it on a regular basis then you can keep using your address with Sky after you have left.
