As it's generated from a BT email account what's the relevance to Sky email? There's no mention of Sky on that image.
The image was rejected. Feel free to resubmit after blocking out the sender name.

@iankillie Any emails with links saying you need to click to keep your account active are almost always 100% scam email
You don't need to verify your em ail if it was legitiamtely sent by SKy or any other provider as you would instaed be to to login to your account instead.
Given the email has come from a BT address is very telling, why would Sky use a competitors email domain when they have their own?
