It isn't clear from your image what you are using to access your emails but the chances are you need to generate a 16 digit password and use this instead of your usual email password, you can do that here:

https://www.sky.com/sky-yahoo-mail/manage-apps?client=email

The image you have posted is the server to send emails as it pop.tools.sky.com to receive them.
